Productivity shows you how to apply mindfulness and emotional intelligence effectively in the workplace to improve your work/life balance, augment your productivity, enhance your efficiency and minimise digital distraction.
Your Commitment
On Line: 3 x 60min weekly On Line Modules from 9:00am to 10:00am*
At Home: 4-16 minutes of formal practice five days a week
* If you are taking the course live (recommended), please inform your line manager you are undertaking learning & development during the hours stated above.
