Invoicing

• Invoices are issued immediately on written confirmation of an order

Cancellation

• We will refund 100% of the programme fee If you cancel twenty-one days or more before the first module
• We will refund 70% of the programme fee if you cancel fifteen days or more before the first module
• We will not refund any of your charges if you cancel less than fourteen days before commencement of the first module
