If you regularly complete 45 minutes of movement practuce followed by 45 minutes of sitting practice amd if you’ve graduated from the MBSR™ Eight-Week Programme you are eligible to apply for your very own Calmworks® Franchise.

Morning

  • Neuroscience of mindfulness and emotional intelligence

  • Introduction to five mindfulness and emotional intelligence practices

  • Interactive exercises and group discussion

  • The mindful and emotionally intelligent approach to diet and healthy eating

Afternoon

  • Resilience: how to break the stress reaction cycle

  • Communications: listening internally and externally to rapidly improve the way you communicate with others in your work environment

  • Case studies of mindfulness and emotional intelligence programmes at other companies

  • Performance: the myth of multi-tasking and improving clarity of thinking


Overview

Mindfulness In a Day grounds you in the concepts, history and science of mindfulness and emotional intelligence. You'll learn practical tools, mindfulness meditation practices and small lifestyle changes that will build increased efficiency, productivity and presence into your work and life.
